TAGpilot Mobile Maintenance
TAGpilot Mobile Maintenance consists of a server-side and an MDE-side component: Maintenance work is centrally prepared and inspection results are evaluated on the TAGpilot server. Inspections are carried out directly on the object using a mobile data collection device (MDE device) via TAGpilot Mobile.
The TAGpilot server offers, among other things, the following central functions:
- Free definition of types of activities, activity steps, and workflows
- Distribution of orders to MDE devices according to the authorization concept
- Documentation of maintenance activities and inspection results
- Visualization of the positions of objects in areas or using GPS
- Reconciliation of master and inspection data with back-end systems such as SAP
TAGpilot Mobile offers the following functions on MDE devices for inspection on the object:
- Free configuration of inspection dialogs on the MDE device based on the TAGpilot Mobile framework
- Automatic retrieval of pending inspection orders
- Menu- and form-guided execution of individual steps within the orders
- Finding assets via GPS coordinates or location tags
- Support for various communication methods, both offline and online capable
